Your first 30 days of exercise

A realistic four-week guide for building a routine without trying to change everything at once.
01

Start smaller than your motivation

Choose two coached sessions in week one and protect those appointments. Add more only when your recovery, sleep and schedule allow.

Your first month is about learning movements, meeting coaches and building the habit of arriving—not proving how hard you can train.

02

A simple four-week rhythm

Week 1: attend two sessions and learn the space. Week 2: repeat two sessions and notice how you recover. Week 3: add a third session or a gentle walk if you feel ready. Week 4: review what worked and choose a sustainable schedule for next month.

03

What progress can look like

Progress may be better technique, less uncertainty, more consistent energy or simply keeping your appointments. Scale and performance changes are not the only useful measures.

04

When to ease back

Persistent pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or feeling unwell are reasons to stop and seek appropriate medical advice. Coaches can adapt exercise, but they cannot diagnose symptoms.

Questions answered

Good to know.

Do I need to train every day?+

No. Beginners can make progress with a smaller, repeatable schedule and appropriate recovery.

What if I miss a week?+

Restart with the next realistic session. One disrupted week does not erase the routine you are building.
